Requirements:

Lead from different resources. i.e phone,web portals,direct contact.
Lead Manager Enter Lead in system. On Save of lead an system generated message and email will be sent to client.
Lead Manager Assign lead to different employee in different branch.
Employee have all lead list as a scheduled task.
For every lead well generate follow up schedule.
Employee will notify by popup while any followup task is remaining.
Employee will fill follow up form while contacting to client. Followup form will be linked will lead and scheduled follow up task. When the follow up form is submitted the follow up task will be marked as done.
Employee should not be able to download or copy data of client.
Data secrecy should be maintain and legal agreement will be done between us and srec education.
Notification will be erase once the followup task will be done.

Customized Functionality:

Notification On submission of lead. Email Notification and SMS Notification
Lead Assignment Tool.
Create task for employee on every lead assigned.
Create Custom Followup schedule and followup form.
On submission of follow up form mark follow up task as a Completed.
Create pop up notification for Task Assign to employee and not completed.
Report For Owner to see how many lead is contacted and which is remaining.
Report to display Followup for particular lead.
