Etsy Shop Creator and Administrator with strong SEO / Keyword skills

Hello!

I'm looking for an expert virtual assistant to help set up my Etsy Shop and corresponding social media for the shop: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

* * Must have experience and references for setting up Etsy accounts/pages and other social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and experience managing those social media pages as well as our WORDPRESS website (not set up yet) for an eCommerce business. * *

Once the shop is set up, I'll be looking for someone to post periodically and manage the shop in order to push content, write listings and social media posts and drive engagement. I need an someone with an EXCELLENT command of US English language.

Duties will include: Photo editing, WordPress Design / Development, Email content creation and management via Constant Contact or Mail Chimp, Etsy Management, Photoshop, Creating Social Media Graphics, Administrative Assistant Tasks, including spreadsheets.

This job will also include the following admin tasks which should happen ASAP, so I can post photos in my Etsy Bakery of the packaged products.

One of the first two jobs I'll need help with on the administrative side is web research to find the best packaging for small, round, cookies/balls.


The other job will be online research to find the best looking most affordable labels online for the packaging stickers which will have our logo and website.

The packaging and labels need it to be attractive and affordable and I need a spreadsheet with price quotes and photos for the labels and packaging, from a US or Canada company only. Unless another country site can deliver quickly and affordably without high shipping charges. NOT CHINA.


Looking for someone who I can work with on an ongoing basis after the sites are set up. If you are incredibly reliable and responsive to tasks that come up without much notice and can get them done in a timely manner please apply.
