I am looking for someone who is experienced in excel who can organize lists of real estate properties, their owners, contact information, etc... I would also like to have this information screened for certain criteria, and double checked against local tax assessor websites and secretary of state websites. This job will be ongoing, but will be probably less than 5 hours/week.
