Experienced Data Scientist and Engineer needed for two part project

There are two phases of deliverables

Phase One
Data Engineering/DevOps Focused
Support and guide the devops team to
+ Create a new data lake that integrates into our mobile and web applications
+ Setup 4 - 7 data pipelines that flow into the new data lake mentioned above
+ Create a data lab (notebook/visualisation) environment that could be used by data scientists in future phases

Phase Two
Data Science Focused
+ Create production level machine learning algorithms in the customers AWS environment. Some examples will be to
1- Generate propensity scores for each customer
2- Create and refresh customer taste profiles based on purchasing habits
3- Generate previously bought and pre-built baskets for each customer
4- Create product recommendations
Each item is an example of a feature and would be created as a mini project
