We are looking for architecture review and refactor to scale and and up to date.

Current Architecture has ALB, AutoScaling, Target Groups, and EC2 machines running PHP code.

- It should be completely based on Infrastructure as a code (terraform preferred)
- Currently it handles millions of query per day, and we want to make it scalable and with 10 times its current capacity.
- Optimum use of resources on each instance basis
- Use of new technologies like Docker Kubernetes, AWS fargate, AWS lambda if it fits our requirements
- Integration of monitoring and alerting tools

We love to use hosted/paid tools so if you can recommend some then we will be happy to add them too.
