Looking for 2 experienced magento developers to build an e-commerce from scratch for the Australian market .We are looking for an individual developer not teams or agencies who has experience to full fill the job responsibilities.

Basic Requirements

Minimum of 3-8 years PHP web development experience
Minimum of 3 years real-world e-commerce experience with magento development in the last 2 years.
Firm grasp of Git-based source control.
Competent with PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applications.
Competent with MySQL-based database concepts.
Solutions-oriented thinking.
A preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and technologies.
Qualities needed to be successful
Proven Skills & Technical Requirements:

Expert understanding of Magento 1.5x to 1.9.x and/or 2.0 (2.0 prefffered) code structure, extension architecture, theming hierarchy, and fallback components.
Thorough experience in customizing Magento’s front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.
Expertise in authoring and extending Extensions.
Competent knowledge of e-commerce data organization and relationships.
Store catalog (categories/products/attributes).
Sales orders (quotes/orders/invoices/shipments/credits).
Api Integrations.

Bonus Qualifications:

Magento Certification is a huge plus.
In-depth knowledge of PCI/ compliance issues.
Experience with caching and scaling techniques.
Experience in multi-store, multi-lingual, or multi-currency e-commerce implementations.
