Experienced PHP Web Developer Wanted to Implement & Improve Existing Project

Please read this post carefully, I can only respond to those who closely follow the instructions.

Im looking for someone is efficient and experienced in Unbuntu + PHP and Laravel framework to finalize a project for my own use, and further improve it and make it sellable.

To start, I will need you to work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, thats 20 hours a week, and this project is ongoing, and you will also be in charge to maintain and manage customer support once I start selling it.

I will pay you $20/hr to start with. Im looking for someone who is serious and committed, Im very likely to make this full time job if you can prove yourself.

You are also required to work as much as possible in my timezone, Im in Toronto, Canada, time zone is Eastern Standard Time, please check our timezone differences and make sure you can work some time block in my 9-5. Its ok you have to work out of my time zone once for a while, but to make the communication efficient, you have to be able to suit my timezone. Sorry if this doesnt work for your schedule.

Now to qualify for a meeting, please do the following first:

Please record a screen share video, do a short intro of yourself first, then screen recording your recent project, ideally in PHP + Laravel space, and explain what you have done, what challenges you had, and why you think you can be a great match for my requirement.

I know this is extra work for you to do, but this is only way I can find who is motivated and committed.

Once you have that video ready, doesnt have to be long, you can upload to youtube or dropbox, send me the link in the application.

Now here is the job description:

I have a full system developed in Unbuntu + PHP and Laravel framework.

I now need it to be implemented, tested, and improved when bugs found.

My current programmer is limited by time and availability. You will be communicating with him to learn the details of the project, then you take over eventually to maintain the project.

You will need all the full stack skills for PHP developers, in additional to HTML + CSS + JS.

The system communicates with other websites via APIs. You will have full documentation on APIs and the main function of the system is to collect contact information from a landing page, then submit the contact to the website via API and store the contact information to my local database in the mean time.

Knowledge/experience in SPOT, Trade Logic, CFD trading platforms is a plus.

I also attached a API doc so you know that will be API we will be working with.

No agency please.
