Experienced web dev needed to help a beginner web dev finish a ecommerce project

The deliverable is an ecommerce site for artists to display their work, and the wireframe is here: (removed by Toogit admin). I am web developer working with Python (Django) and JavaScript (vanilla) to build out the whole project, but have never built something like this before, and need some time to ask for help from time to time--not to build the actual project (I want to learn to do that myself).

Im looking for someone that can answer questions like: what the heck is CMS and how do you integrate that into an existing tech stack for a web app? Should you use a front-end and back-end/open-source theme/template or design the interfaces components (like the shopping cart, product pages, in this example) yourself from scratch? And more general questions about freelancing as Im just learning myself. It wont be much work for you as Ill do most of the building, but I will need you to understand the demands of this particular projects, and occasionally help me by writing/checking code.
