Experienced wireframing expert, web designer and web developer required for website creation

Dear Developers,

This project involves design and development of a website from start to finish. The company is law based. Currently we have concept and descriptive designs for a system of resolving disputes online. The legal and conceptual groundwork is nearing completion and we are requiring the technical components to commence within the next month.

As part of our website creation, we need three things to be achieved in the following order:
1. Website Wireframe
2. Website Design
3. Website Development

The company is looking to contract either a suitable Full Stack Developer to perform all three roles, or looking for an expert for each respective task. The contracted freelancer will be working closely with the CEO and founder.

The website will require ongoing work and maintenance after creation, therefore if the right applicant would like to continue doing business after the creation of the website, that may also be a possibility. Additionally, we are looking at developing mobile applications at a later stage. The right applicant could further assist and work on further stages of development.

The website itself involves certain matching algorithms and requires an extremely user-friendly and visually pleasing UI. The website will be between 25-35 pages.

The website requires many varied features that must be implemented. Therefore we are looking for a highly experienced and qualified developer that can implement all the necessary features, as well as create a quality product. The successful applicant will be required to sign an NDA.

Before hiring you for this job, we would be highly interested in seeing what youre like as a person - if we are a good match and can work well together! (this is priority). Secondly, we would like to see previous projects you have worked on and positive feedback about your work, as well as any necessary experience and/or qualifications you have.
