Explainer Animated Video for Small Business Coronavirus

Hello,
I have a massage related business in Mexico City. I need an explainer animated video for my clients to reassure hygiene and procedures that will minimize infection. Coronavirus has not reached out Mexico as it has other regions. There are less that 30 cases in all the country.
The purpose of this animated video is to tell clients that
1. If they want a massage, they can book it for their home. Mobile massage.
Every therapist arrives with a mouth mask. They arrive with Lysol, disinfectant, etc.
2. For Incall massage, facilities are super clean, lots of hygiene, masks, etc.
The purpose of the video has to let them know that they have a chance for wellness and entertainment in really controlled environments.
I need to write to the designer more for more details. However I need to start working on this as soon as possible. So far businesses are at almost normal operations in Mexico since the virus has not spread but in some weeks, there will be an economic recession. I believe this can help out my business to not sink in the ocean. Budget is a bit low now, but if quality is super offered, I will work out numbers to give you an extra. It will be crucial to not go into a super crisis in the future. These are difficult times. Time to think out of the box.
