extract river level data from thousands of files, create clean csv

I have steady jobs like this one and generally more interesting. I want to find someone who does good, steady, reliable work.
The job is to collect data from the USGS water data service and convert it into a standard format.

The code ProcessText.py and RequestHtml.py were written for a different but related query. These two codes have to be adapted to make queries of the url with the format:

we want all the parameterCD values here: 00300 Dissolved oxygen, water, unfiltered, milligrams per liter
00060 Discharge(Mean)
00010 Temperature, water(Max.,Min.,Mean)
00095 Specific cond at 25C(Max.,Min.,Mean)
00045 Precipitation(Sum)
00400 pH, water, unfiltered, field, standard units

The data should be collected from the start of records for the given site (sometimes -1950) up to the present. It has to be written to a standard, clean csv format and will then be entered to a database.
