I want to replace a fence and add a roll-up garage door to a townhouse/ row house in DC. The property is attached on both sides. I need the design/plan that could be submitted with the application to the city showing the material options, post locations and needed details. I will provide the plat and sample pictures of what I am looking to constract. At the end I will need the PDF to print and submit with the application to the city and the CAD file.
