File syncing between Linux/Mac over LAN

Job Outline:
We have an in-house Linux Server that needs to sync files automatically with a Macintosh on the same LAN/Router.

We currently do this using rsync, but the current system requires us to sync manually. We need the process automated so that it occurs every five minutes.

The job is very straight-forward and simple. Automatically Sync two folders, one of which is on a Linux Server, the other is on a Mac, and they are both on the same LAN. Here is the flow:

Files are uploaded to Linux Server in Folder_A
Files are automatically synced every five minutes to Mac on the same network in Folder_B

Thats all I need to have happen.
