Financial Plan of a Business Plan for New Web Design Service (I need Numbers Only.)

I need a financial plan of the business plan. Ill explain to you.

My freelance business is related to: Web design, logo design, web development... IT related services. (Service Based Business).

My target market is retail / individuals - small business - (maybe also government sector).

I know the running costs, and I can calculate many things including profit. This is basic accounting etc. But...

Its just that I need the numbers that would help me decide whether I should take my freelance web design business to next step or no. Some presentable plan.

In simple way, I want to have my products list against the cost, sale, profit sales forecast, and financial plan for these products in order to have profitable business.

Keep in mind: I want financial plan not full business plan with many text write ups etc. I want numbers.

This financial plan should help define all the costs, and be clear in which year or month Ill get to break even.

Again, I want numbers related works. Budget, costs, product prices, sales projection.. advice minimum sale price.. etc

It should show stake per investor it should show equity and ROI. Note:Ill be using local hiring and outsourcing in the same time.

I want someone with accounting background and business planning and strategy background. So he can advice on best routes for this business.. what is the sales target to achieve profit for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years... etc. With sales target / projections etc. This business plan should be drafted with detailed analyses such as financial provisions, business model analysis, technical suggestions etc. I mean do not just submit a plan and leave me with many unanswered questions. You should advice on best routes to take to make profitable business, the numbers should clearly show me this.

I dont want you to copy / paste business plans. The business plan should be catered and customized for my business requirements.

The plan should completely be geared towards loan approval and investors attractiveness. (Maybe Ill ask someone for loan, maybe he will be a partner).

I want my business plan to be presentable. Means, I can revise it to decide if I should make my freelancing business as real business. And you should not only just make a business plan and give it to me.. theres should be real planning behind every number and output. If it is just numbers, I can copy a template online and use it my self.


How will I use this financial plan?

First, for my own use, I want to make sure my web design freelance work worth being a real business. And If Im convinced, then Ill use it to get funding from strategic investors, venture capitalists or even commercial banks.

If I decide to use the financial plan for investors, then Ill make ask you to do a full business plan and Ill hire you for another job to continue working on this project. Meanwhile, all I care about is the numbers part.

If you think I need full business plan that includes stuff like executive plan.. etc. I dont need that. All I need is numbers so do not over bid.

Before you submit your bid as your self that if you want to have a business plan to decide if you have to open local store with staff or outsource it or do it both. Keep in mind you know all products and how much to sell them for. Build on this info to show a business plan.I dont really care about text and writings explaining the business.. etc. I need the important stuff... numbers.

PLEASE DO NOT OVER BID. This should be straightforward easy task.
