Fix Flickering Unity View on Iphone Xs

We have an Augmented Reality functionality built into our react-native application that leverages Unity & Vuforia. Everything works as we would expect, but we have a pesky bug that seems to affect phones using Apples new A12 Bionic Chip where the Unity View will *jump/glitch* upwards briefly, every few seconds. Any iPhone using an A11 chip or lower works great, and Android has no issues either, only the high powered A12 Bionic Chip.

The goal of this project is to stabilize the Unity view so that it does not flicker on any device.
