Fix UI/UX issues for our online championships mobile responsive web app

We have an existing mobile responsive web app to conduct online championships ( maths and english) for primary school kids.

We noticed that the current UI/UX in the app have issues with parents not able to follow the instructions.

We need an experienced UI/UX resource to help with fix the UI/UX issues and provides wireframes for the new design
