fixing bugs and making changes

hope all is well
we were really pleased with the work you did for us last time. we have some more issues as listed here:
- ‘do you want to leave this site’ pops up when going to diff pages within site
- we would really like the pop up to only appear once per visit to the site
- Add ‘who we are’ page
- Put ‘disclaimer’ on a separate link at bottom of site (currently at the end of the services page)
- When adding information, links etc the front end doesn’t always reflect the back end. Ditto with font change etc

will you be able to help us with these issues? If you suggest a fee i'll run it by my boss.
