Footing design for beam, small home, stamp required

I need a new footing design. The existing footing design did not account for a floor beam that is in the way.

The floor beam is supported closely by two concrete piers. I would like a design that involves not cutting the floor beam, and adding support around the existing floor beam, which would allow us to put the columns directly onto the existing floor beam.

Must be able to provide a stamp that is recognized in the State of California. Please bear in mind that we are working in a tight crawl space so the design will need to be creative.
