Format an ebook to paperback version

We are looking for someone who can transform an ebook into a paperback book version. We do not have our ebook in epub or pdf files yet, but we have it in docx. We need these things done:

1. Format the ebook to paperback version
2. Design the layout of the paperback version (i.e. font of the headings, tables, forms, font style of the text, distribution of text on each page, redesign the two circle graphics in the book, etc.)
3. Design the spine of the ebook

We have the front and back covers already done, and I will share details as your guide in creating the spine. The book file will be sent in private.

We need someone who can do a professional, yet modern design, which mirrors how the book cover looks like.

The size of the book is dictate by BookBaby. You MUST have Experience with BookBaby
