Formulator needed for formulation of Vegan lipsticks and Liquid lipsticks

Hi,

I am an Interior designer by profession.
It has always however been a dream of mine to own my very own make up line and now after all these years I have finally decided to invest and initiate the business.

I am very keen in manufacturing the cosmetics in my country of Sri Lanka, but however i want my makeup brand to be safe and Vegan. And for this I require a very good Vegan formula.

I am hoping to launch my line with a lipstick range of both a matt formula as well as a sheer formula. I require both the formula alongside the methodology of manufacture. I would be most grateful if i could get a Vegan formula for the following:

Matt Long lasting Lipstick
Matt Long lasting Liquid Lipstick
Liquid Velvet Lipstick.

I am looking for a cosmetic formulator with at least 5 years experience or more in formulating a good Vegan formula for the above mentioned items. I am looking forward to working with you on this as well as my other future makeup formulation ventures, as I am looking forward to manufacture Eye-shadows, Foundations, etc for future projects.
