I own a small courier company in Panama, we have a freight forwarder in Miami that ships all of our client packages to Panama, mostly online shopping.

We found out that courier companies in Panama, have registered their Miami Address as exempt from sales tax in the state of Florida.

We need someone to research for us, how we could make our address in Miami exempt sales tax as other companies are doing and what are the prerequisites, costs, etc. I think the Florida Revenue Department is in charge of this process.
