Front end application of Google Sheets with User Log-in and advanced query/filter

Customized front-end Application linked with Google Sheets and Herokuapp for user authentication. Herokuapp user authentication is already set up. Use of query/filter/sort is of high importance. Addition of button to write data to the respective row.

Application
1) Log-in (we control the user login information via herokuapp)
2) Application front end (aka Open Offers) displays designated rows/cells from Google Sheets data IF Cell A(row) = DATA or DATA1 or DATA2.
3) Button - Upon user click of button, data in cell A(row) of Google Sheets - a respective row of said button - is overwritten by users name.
4) Application front end second page (aka Upcoming) displays designated rows/cells from Google Sheets data IF Cell (XX) of respective row matches user unique ID. No further action is needed
