Full-stack web developer for a multi-sided platform business

We are a startup establishing a multi-sided platform business. We will be targeting primarily millennials.

What were looking for:
An experienced full stack developer to help kick-start/build on preferably Ruby on Rails. We need someone to work on the development of such a platform. To give you an idea, we are looking to establish a business

To dive into details, our suppliers should be able to post listings of their products and on the other end, customer should be able to compare and place an order for the products they like.

Deliverables shall be discussed.

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Experience in working with high-pressure situations
- Experience is designing an online marketplace platform

In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us about a recent full stack web development project you worked on. In addition, please state a cost estimate for the development of this platform
