Game Designer Needed For Mobile GDD

We are a mobile game team who is in the process of designing a game. Our investors insist on seeing a professional game designer go through our document with a fine tooth comb and wire frame it and balance the game. This game will be an MMO RTS game and will be 3D for Mobile.

We need an experienced professional who knows how to work very efficiently, and knows how to communicate by way of GDD. Providing specifics so that every member of the team knows their roll when reading the document. The following skills will be required for this project.

1. Wire framing Skills.
2. Ability to balance a game since this is a combat related game and help is needed here.
3. Very organized
4. Good communicator.
5. Optional but this game lacks a good reward system as of now. Someone who has experience creating a reward system through questing and exploring core loop would be helpful.
6. Experience writing game design documents
7. Must sign an NDA before discussion.
