German Customer Support Representative

We have offices around the world mostly set in the United States and Honduras. You will be working remotely from your home country.

We need someone who will work with Content moderation for a Questions and answers website and grammatical revision in German, so we need someone with a very high level of German.


- Fluency speaking the languages: English and German.
- Ability to be self-managing and be able to work remotely without much supervision.
- Be able to adapt to a new, unconventional job culture and workflow.
-Freedom and willingness to travel in order to receive training and learn the company’s culture.
- Be able to express empathy and have the ability to communicate politely with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Able to describe an error and prepare relevant information such as the steps taken, in order to escalate or to seek further assistance
- Effectively retain newly learned processes, product updates, past troubleshooting steps and all the necessary information in order to expand and deepen knowledge.
- Love to work with teammates, and are goal-oriented with your co-workers.
