Getting website out of the gate - email list, finish designing pages, posting first few articles

Looking for someone to help with developing my WordPress blog - currently using a BuzzBlog Pro and love the design but still familiarizing myself with the system so Im slowing myself down... which is why I am searching for help.

Whats left to be done is the following:
- Finish building out the pages (About Me / Contact, Consultation / Services, Privacy / Confidentiality Agreement, etc.)
- Build email list & subscribe button (would like this to pop up when readers try to get downloadable material off my blog)
- Fix menu on website and mobile view

My goal:
- Have an appealing, unique blog thats easy for readers and search engines to read

Please give me an estimate of time and provide any samples - thank you!
