Ghost writer for paranormal series

Im looking for a ghostwriter that likes to write paranormal (monster) with humor. (Light heat).

The story has to be written is the third person, past tense, around 60,000 words.

Please submit 1000 - 2000 words example of words which you have written in the paranormal and if you have anything showing a bit of humor from your characters that would be helpful. It can be something which you have already written or something new.

I will be reviewing the submissions and if it fits which the style I will request a sample chapter, I will supply the chapter outline.

Please submit your 1000 words rate, this rate must be fixed throughout the time period which I work with you.

As the ghostwriter you would need to agree to the following:
- You agree that you will own no rights to the work or parts of the work and you understand/agree your name will not appear anywhere in the work. I will retain all copyrights to the story
- sign an NDA
