Looking for a strong team with GIS modeling and web API development experience to create a API to serve and mosaic NDVI/EVI/imagery from public LandSat and Sentinel data. Developer should provide ETL programs, deployment model/framework, documentation and support for us to deploy on our cloud server. API needs to be able to accept polygon/AOI and return image and historical summary. Geography is Continental USA. Detailed documentation must be provided on code and configuration. Underlying database should correct for cloud cover/noise using standard methods, and derived from combined files from LandSat and Sentinel..
