Golf Swing Analysis Application

I please need crude initial adaptations of a software application surrounding golf swing and/or clubfitting analysis. When I say crude it does not really have to be all that close to sellable at this time. Most importantly first is that unique features of the application that distinctly separate it from all others need to be implemented and displayed as well and as much as possible for initial IP registration purposes.

A large number of analysis features already commonly contained in previous similar applications could potentially be put to very good use within this application(s) as well. However, to accommodate and coordinate with the unique features that form the core of this application, adjustments to any number of such common features might be needed.

Though not publicly well known yet, the unique base features/concepts are broadly actually extremely simplistic in nature. Thus I cannot specifically and publicly detail more about them right here, and some form of nondisclosure statement would need to be preliminarily offered on an individual basis first by any interested parties. For now a simple statement to that effect in any introduction of interest might suffice.

I am open to the use of various programming languages/platforms. On one hand it would be nice for a more generalized language to be used that might subsequently be further developed into various application types or platforms more easily. But I also recognize that more specialized languages might be implemented instead to more quickly develop just what is needed now. And the budget, while not limited to a particular amount at this time, is relatively low.

For those perhaps specializing in one or the other, swing input data and/or analyses might be in a form of video and computer vision and/or inertial sensor data coupled with other types of computer graphics. I am open to various options and/or suggestions here as well, not limited to just these. The primary objective for now is not necessarily overall practical usability, but rather developing programming aspects more specifically for the unique base functions of the application in a cost efficient manner as much as possible in order to first secure certain IP rights.

And while a project rather than hourly rate might be more suitable for this preliminary phase of the project, I can consider either project or hourly estimates or quotes. Questions, comments, and/or suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much.
