Google Ad Manager and Creative Ad Unit Guru needed!

I am looking for someone who knows Google Ad Manage (DFP) from top to bottom and understands how to use creative templates, trafficking tactics, and ad unit creation for better implementation of ads on my website.

Ideally, this person would know how to do the following:

- Serve responsive HTML5 ad units through Google Ad Manager
- Implement tags, css, and integration methods on the front end of a website
- Complete understanding of each creative ad unit type available in Google Ad Manager
- Identify common issues and consult on solutions
- Full understanding of native ads, custom templates, and third party ad serving
- Complete understanding of line item, creative, and ad unit setup and configuration
- Complete understanding of how to serve out stream video ads
- Complete understanding of how to serve custom HTML5 responsive ads with video

I need help understanding how to serve specific types of ads and creatives on my sites. I am looking to hire someone right away!
