We want to intergrate the google vision AI for our website
to do 3 things mainly.

1. detect face emotions (happy/sad/angry/etc..) and show only the images with postive emotions detected.
2. detect label (fashion/girl/man/etc)
3. safe-search option build in. This gives option to determine if the picture is most likely adult or not-adult etc.. and we would like to have only images with a max score of 2 out of 5.

We want this to work as a stand-alone application that can be easily added into other scripts.
