HI I am looking for a great programmer to help me develop a simple Google Natural Language API that I can incorporate into my Coda.io file or google sheet file.

Very simple
I want the GNL platform to analyze the following text.

He is the right DECISION MAKER, oversee 100SDS, 50EMPLOYEE, MANUFACTURING site

Based on these text
Decision maker = High score
100SDS= Low score
Manufacturing=High Score

Sentiment= High, color code Green.

Very simple development hoping to get this done under budget and time/date.
