We are developing a work management system within excel and need the data organized in a fashion thats easy to use by construction workers. The goal is to maintain the current structure of the document but to give end users an easy way to see where their jobs are, what the due dates are, what the values of those jobs are, and the ability to add field notes as we are working through these jobs.
