Graphic and digital agency

International company based in Italy is looking for a graphic and digital agency to help with communication materials.
No creative contribution is needed, but graphic sensibility, great precision and perfect timing are fundamental.
The graphic materials provided by the hq marketing team will have to be localized for the international subsidiaries that need them.

Here are the main activities required:

1. PRINT
The hq marketing team will provide finished advs in vertical and horizontal A4 format
Each subsidiary will provide the translations and the needed technical specifics
Task: realization print adv in translated version and in different formats

2. WEB (Display ads, onsite banners, landing pages, basic website content mantainance on Magento 2...)
The hq marketing team will provide template banner and landing pages in every needed format
Each subsidiary will provide contents: texts and pictures
Task: developing web advs and banners

3. CATALOG
The hq marketing team will provide international complete catalog of an average of 160 pages
Each subsidiary will provide translations, list of products, technical tables in excel
Task: developing print catalog in translated version rearranging the menab to the list of products

General procedure:
Hq art director will provide and explain brand manual to the agency that will work following the guidelines.
The agency will interact directly with the marketing manager of the subsidiary and will report to the hq art director for final approval of each material.
Any price list for standard materials (depliant, flyer, social banners...) will be appreciated.
