Graphic Designer needed to develop real estate agent logo/signs

We are looking to have the following developed for a real estate agent within 48 hours of being hired:

1. 30x24 real estate sign for homes for sale
--needs to contain agent name, phone number, email address and real estate brokerage logo. Logo must be minimum 50% size of agents name
2. 6x24 signs on white background that say: For Sale, Coming Soon, Under Contract, Sold
3. Logo is what wed like to mimic. The logo will be a real estate agents first and last name.

We prefer very simple and minimal designs. Important for designs to be very readable especially the homes for sale sign.

I will share some screenshot for color pallette with shortlisted candidates
