Graphic, logo design

I am opening a laundry & Coffee shop combined in Santa Marta, Colombia. The name that I have selected is Plunk Moniee Laundry & Coffee Shop.
I need a funky looking logo design for the shop that I will paint it on the front of the store, also will use it on all the advertising material.
The logo should be very expressive and dominant color of the design must be bright pink, similar to Pink Panther cartoon character. I was thinking of a Monkey that is washing clothes!
As of the coffee shop, it will be selling organic coffee, and lots of ACAI made shakes and smoothies, as well as French pastry.
Below I have listed what I need:
1. Logo for the shop.
2. Stationery design, for letterhead, envelops. Also, one for a round shape around four to six centimeters in diameter stickers, we will use them on cups for taking away.
3. The design of menus.
My time frame for the opening the shop is around three weeks, let me know if you are interested in the job, please?
