Growing residential real estate investment company needs finance and accounting help.

Work directly with New York based CEO. Responsibilities include:

1. Take ownership of current financial models which project project cash flows. Update models with incoming data from the field.
2. Work with partners to develop automated systems to update data.
3. Track and manage investor capital accounts.
4. Develop KPIs for company performance.
5. Review accounting provided by local accounting firm

Required Skills:

1. Strong finance and financial modeling skills.
2. Working knowledge of accounting principles.
3. Comfortable with cross-border transactions.
4. Strong to expert Excel skills
