Guidance to work with Facebook custom audiences from Python codebase

Guidance needed to work with Facebook Custom Audiences from Python script.

From a Python script I want to programmatically add customers from our ecommerce platforms to a Facebook custom audience, but I cant figure out how to do this, so Id like your guidance to:
1) check and update Facebook app configuration to be able to get access to do this programmatically
2) create a sample script that shows how I can add and remove customers to/from Facebook custom audiences (Facebook Business Manager audience).
