Help company get current on transactions in quickbooks, plus continue to input data into quick books

Looking for someone knowledgable in Quickbooks online. Our company is behind on reconciliations since April 2017. We need to get the books caught up to provide a CPA to file for the 2017 Taxes.

A little about us. We are an online ecommerce business. We have somewhere around 50 transactions a month currently. We use basically 3 accounts. A bank, credit card, Paypal/Braintree.


All of our sales are automatically uploaded into quickbooks, but there lies some issues there as well. Sometimes the payment transactions do not correlate to the correct invoice automatically. The person hired would need to be sure those transactions match up. As well as to be sure all of our expenses are inputed as well.

We would be able to provide access to the online ecommerce platform (Big Commerce) as well as Paypal/Braintree. We could provide bank summaries/statements. Also any invoices of expenses as needed.
