Help developing a spaced-repetition, language learning website

Hi all!

My background is in language teaching and Im looking to turn an innovative and new strategy for language learning into an online course where content can be accessed week by week. It involves, as a component, flashcards and the spaced-repetition algorithm. Id like the flashcards to be accessible for study on the site, I need to be able to upload and edit them too.

This is my first project, so Im not sure how complicated this is or what specialities are involved in terms of how to choose a freelancer. The structure of the course is clear and finalized, Im looking for a knowledgeable freelancer who can help take this to the next level.
