Help me write posts for my business research and engage and expand into social diaries

Firstly train me to write posts and use twitter and quora etc.
I am a director of 4 businesses an IT development company. an animation business and I hire out rooms to rent.
I am very hands-on but do not have the friendly easy-going manner to respond and contribute well and I am not savvy in social media and I hate doing it.
A bit like eating I am no chef but I know a quality meal when I taste.
I will know when we get a good style of writing.

I am also incredibly busy and once you have me fully savvy with this we can expand to filling in one those social posting calendars.

When you really start understanding the business then I will start to let you prepare posts for basic research prompted by me. So I need to buddy up with somebody to get it engaging efficiently.

So, if you have common sense and friendly written communication style and enjoy learning about my business which ranges from letting houses, renting accommodation at local festivals, developing e-learning courses using animations and finally a business in launching a major new app that gathers stories for board game. Please apply.

Let me explain by giving an example how it might practically work-
We would be working online sharing screen.
Example ... I would say to you
1) I want to find somebody in our local area who has a model train set layout. (There is a goal for me to create a video of a train set for marketing purposes)
---you would say let us use post some questions on twitter. e.g. Does anybody know a trainset owner or a club?
--- you may say to me let us first find groups in your area of model train enthusiast.
you can explain how we use hashtags.

Another example might look like this
2) I say to you I want to comment on a post on people who own vans. You ask ME questions to clarify what I am wanting out of them from a business perspective and we start to engage.

I think you should be familiar with English culture to understand basic things about our lifestyles and be commercially minded and street savvy.
