Help needed with iOS ARKit+Metal project

Im in the process of building ARKit + Metal app and need some help.

The app is supposed to draw a cloud of points in ARKit.

Im trying to connect two different iOS Sample projects, but stuck a little, as I have little understanding of 3D graphics transformation, matrices and rules.

In the current state:
1) The cloud points data is loaded from a file
2) When user taps the screen an ARAnchor is created
3) The cloud of points is supposed to be drawn at the anchor position via Metal, but:
a) I cant figure out the correct transformation Im supposed to apply
b) The cloud is rotated 90 degrees (could be the problem of the data)
c) The colors are off (might be in wrong color space - skip for now)

I can provide you with
1) The current project that I have
2) The sample code that Im basing my work on

What I would like to get:
A project, where point cloud is positioned correctly a the ARAnchor location and can be walked around in AR. Skip the colors portion for now, Ill handle it later.

I plan to hire a person who already has experience working with ARKit and Metal.
