Help setting up Quickbooks with continued maintenance

Im a small business owner (Pilates studio) and want to use quickbooks. Im also an MBA student so I am familiar with accounting terminology and concepts of bookkeeping but dont know enough to set up quickbooks on my own.

Im looking to work with someone who can help me get my quickbooks set up on the back-end so that I can easily categorize the different journal entries. Ive been categorizing easy entires, but need help with setting up the credit cards and also with separating some revenues since we dont charge sales tax for massage and the CC batching in my CRM doesnt match perfectly with the payments charged on those days.

After completing the set-up, Id like to continue to work with this person for 6 months-year to check and go over entries I dont know how to categorize as well as going over financial statements so I have a better grasp on my cash flow.

My end goal is to be able to do most of this on my own but need someone with experience to help me. I was working with a consultant at the Small Business Development Center in Washington State who advise me to do this. I need someone who is reliable and willing to work with a small business owner/MBA student to learn bookkeeping for their business.
