Were after someone to help us implement a CI/CD pipeline on gitlab for our react native application
The CI/CD must do the following:

- Use Gitlab CI to build the Android and iOS application
- Can build the app with different environments, right now we have 3 different environments.
- Can upload the app in form of `bundle` not `apk` to Alpha/Beta/Production on Google Play
- Can upload the app to TestFlight/Production on App Store
- Can send CodePush update to dev or staging app
