Help with Instagram Filter in Spark AR Studio

I have an Instagram filter Ive made in Spark AR.
Most of the assets are already in the project, I just need help getting this complete.
The filter should turn you into the character from the artwork attached.
You will need to:
-Optimise current assets already in the project to reflect original artwork and work as final instagram filter.
-Colour match assets as needed (hat, hair with colour gradient, glasses, etc)
-Add soft skin/beauty type filter to look more anime style when using the filter
-Add whistle necklace as original character has

Return the Spark AR project to me and the project is complete! I will upload the filter to instagram myself.
