Home page rebuild with Gatsby and headless CMS and high fidelity matching to UI template

We are preparing a full rebuild of our homepage that will be based on a headless CMS and new UI. Full UI design is provided with Figma (desktop, tablet, smartphone).

Looking for a great developer, with demonstrated senior experience with
>Gatsby + headless CMS (Ghost or Strapi)
>optimization to acheive 97% or page speed score for above for desktop and mobile versions
>hubspot landing pages customization and integration
>pixel-for-pixel respect of responsive UI templates
>critical and creative feeling to suggest technical improvements when required

CMS must be configured so that our marketing team is able to
>add/edit content on each page
>add/edit/delete pages from website, including header and footer menus with 0 code
