How does the FIRST STEP ACT potentially affect me.

I have plead guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and currently awaiting sentencing. I have already received my PSR and have a about 20 character letters on file with my attorney. With President Trump recently signing the FIRST STEP ACT, I would like to know how this legislation can potentially effect me at my sentencing date in the future.

I would like a memorandum completed, outlining how this new piece of legislation can potentially effect the type of sentence that the judge could impose on me in the future. Also the memorandum needs to highlight specific points of reference that I could potentially bring to my lawyers attention.

I can provide my PSR and am willing to answer any questions that can assist.
