Hybrid/Cross-Platform Application needed for Ecommerce Shipments

Hi, this application is for shipwise

It will do three things:

1. As a user I can login to the application
2. As a user, I can see open orders
3. As a user, I can print packaging slip & UPS/FedEx label for open orders
4. As a user, I can choose to have the application print the open orders automatically to my default printer. This will print a packaging slip & UPS/FedEx label

Things to note:

* This will primarily run on Windows but should be developed with cross-platform considerations. I dont care the language, framework, system.... that is up to you.
* The app will make API calls. I will provide some api for you.
** REST API will return open orders, allow a call to generate a label and return the label as a PDF or PNG (up to you)

App should run on the computer so it can print labels out for the customer automatically, even if the PC is locked (for instance at midnight). They want to come in, in the morning and get to work.

App should have an option to turn off automatic printing (in case they need to print something else).
