Hybrid Mobile Development for Video Sharing Site

We are seeking an awesome person to work on a cool startup website on a fixed price project to develop a mobile app. The app will contain core sharing features of existing website including video upload, notifications, profile and search functionality.
Must have a firm grip on React, NodeJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML and all core and supporting technologies.
Candidate must work closely with remote Product Developer and Founder to understand the existing website features and must have the ability to adhere to the existing mobile specification yet must be able to propose best-in-class development strategies.
Must be able to fully perform validation testing on final product to ensure flawless delivery.
Must be able to communicate clearly and keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
Must have a solid understanding of business needs and website functionality.

Core Qualifications:

At least 3 years experience with NodeJS, JS, ReactNative
Comfort with key architectures
Comfort working with multiple APIs & Integrating them into products
Client & Back End experience
Previous experience with Content Management, AI/ML systems, or new tech
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-Starter
