I need a customer support champion to help us ongoing.

We are looking for a proactive service-minded customer support agent that can spend about 1-2H daily in (removed by Toogit Admin) to handle tickets. We are an E-Commerce company selling baby clothes online; you will deal with our customers directly solving daily problems like refunds, package tracking and so on.

We are working in (removed by Toogit Admin) ; our shop is Shopify and our affiliate program using Tapfiliate - you will also be in contact with them if there are any issues.

We are looking for someone that would like to grow long-term with our team, to do that you need to be a problem solver with a positive outlook that believes that there is always a way. You need to be fluent in English and have top reviews on upwork that you have done similar work.

We are looking to start the training asap so please let us know why we should work together. Also, your hourly rate and how many hours daily you can commit to this.
